Q: every time i turn on the computer the moniter starts humminhg uncontrollobly its really annoying cause the computer is on the opposite side of my parents bedroom and they cant sleep with it on PS its a HP It is the tower (sorry i got mixed up)
A: theres probably just some dust build up in the fans. try to blow most of the dust out.
