Q: the computer i have needs a new moniter, and i like the new apple cinema moniters, is it possible to use an apple conema moniter with my pc? Or does it not matter because a moniter isnt really a peice of the tower? I have seen setups with apple computers and non apple moniters, which is what raised my curiosity about this. i realize i spelled alot of crap wrong.(super tired)
A: An Apple Cinema Display will work fine with your windows PC. Your computer will need to have a DVI port ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Visual_Interface ). Most recent computers have at least one DVI port, and sometimes two or more. If you are considering a 30" Cinema Display, you will need to confirm that your computer has a Dual Link DVI port.
