A: 1280x720P is considered high definition, so yes. As an aside, in the computer world, nobody talks of high-def, as people have been running what a TV manufacturer might consider within the realm of high-def (Eg. 1024x1024 workstation card at 3,000$ US) since the Reagan I years.
