Q: All the Icons on the bottom of my computer are not there anymore. So now I can't shut off the computer. Does anyone know how to get them back on the bottom on the computer?
A: The taskbar at the bottom of the windows screen may be "hiding". Put your pointer icon on the very bottom edge of the screen and see if it changes to a double-ended arrow. if it does, press and hold the left mouse button and drag upward a bit. Hopefully the taskbar will reappear. Make sure you didn't somehow move the taskbar to the side of the screen and collapse it- that took me a bit to figure out on my sister's computer once...
