I have a 5 year old computer and I just bought a new monitor- NEED HELP!?

Q: So here's the deal. My monitor arrived and has a native resolution of 1680 x 1550. When I set it to standard format (1024 x 768 resolution), websites fill the entire 22" screen. When I set it to the native resolution (1680 x 1550), everything looks "zoomed out." Does this mean I need a new graphics card to see websites in full at the native resolution? The pixels look sharper in the native resolution but it doesn't fill up the entire page.

A: i agrre with the first answer, the higher the resolution, the sharper and clearer things look but they become small,, i suggest that u keep on using it at native resolution, u will get used to it within a week and love. PS: my monitor has the same resolution as u EDIT: yeah thats what happens in native resolution
