Q: Can somebody tell my how I make my old computer screen brighter? I have a Dell Dimension E310 With an old eMachines monitor because my other one broke. So can someone tell me how because the screen is really dark. I have the settings on the monitor as high as they can be but it is still to dark. Can somebody please help me?
A: This is a great app. Activating the default hot keys, CTRL + ALT + "+" will increase gamma each time you hit "+", hitting "-" will lower it. CTRL ALT F1 will put you back to normal. You can also use hot keys for brightness, I prefer the gamma. That is just the tip of the iceberg on what it does. You can have all sorts of custom settings that load when your program starts.
