Q: I posted photos on Flickr, posted the same question twice already. This is the link, http://www.flickr.com/photos/27783048@N03/?saved=1 Small black line in the side of the screen, trying to figure out what it is.. Definitely not a marker, pencil.. That is what it looks like though.. I ran my finger over, didn't feel anything different. What would I feel when running my finger over this line?
A: It definitely is NOT a dead pixel. Dead pixels usually appear in dot and not a line (and so long) like that. I wouldnt be able to say it's a crack or not because I couldn't run my finger across and feel it. Can it be because of some marks left behind by a marker/pens/pencils or the likes?
