Q: Lately I have been spending quite a bit of time in front of my computer. I have noticed increasingly that my face is kind of red and blotchy, and that the skin on my face is very dry when I move away from the computer. My family have also remarked on it. I wonder if this is a symptom of using the old TV type monitor and if I was to replace it with a flatscreen version then would I experience the same problem. I am thinking here about the heat and emissions coming from the old type of monitor versus those from the more modern version. I would be very grateful for any feedback on the problem. If the different monitors idea is a nonstarter then maybe someone could suggest a remedy to my plight. Thank you for your time!
A: buy a screens cover for eyes, its basicaly a light reduction filter that goes on top of your screen.
