Q: Sometimes some websites will not open on command. And sometimes some pages will not close on command. Also sometimes, I loose all the shortcuts on my desk top and also the start button is not visible. I have tried unfreezing with hitting alt, control and delete at the same time. That will not bring it back The only thing that works is to unplug it, because I can't get to the start or turn off button. After unplugging it and rebooting it seems to be okay for a while and then it happens again. I installed Norton 2008 over top of 2007 about a month ago. It has been doing these weird things ever since.
