Q: My monitor screen 'stutters' only when I'm at a website for more than a few minuets. It will page down to the bottom of the page by it self and if I try scrolling up, it trys to maintain its position and a 'stuttering' occurs--the screen image jumping rapidly up and down. This started two or three days ago. I have run all three of my security filter programs to clean out any uninvited mal-ware but the problem continues. Does anybody know what causes that and how I would fix it?
A: Please check the following: Cables. Connections - both to computer and power supply. Mouse. (I assume it's ANY website, not just one.)
