Q: i am unable to see the real color of any image in my veiewsonic tft monitor. what is the main problem? is it mother board related or monitor? mother board is mora and 17'' wide screen tft monitor.
A: Have you gone through the monitor's menu to see if you can set the color calibration? Aside from a limited video card, you might want to visit the manufacturer's website under Support and see if they have the latest driver for your monitor. Some of the newer drivers provide a method for calibrating the monitor from the Settings tab. Right-click Desktop, select Properties and then Settings tab. See what color tools you have to work with. Make sure your Color Quality is set to 32-bit color. Click the Advanced button and see what you have to work with there. Sometimes there is another tab just for monitor settings or to open a separate Monitor Console Center. Ron
