Q: On my mom's computer, when i try to run itunes, the monitor starts blinking and eventually turns off. i tried formatting, updating the drivers made it worse, so how can I fix this?
A: It could possibley be that the graphics card can not handle iTunes or the graphics card or Screen has a problem. If I had more information I could pinpoint the answer much easier.
