Q: When I start up Windows, the screen would constantly flash black as well a distort the desktop a bit. This only happen occassionally - it sometimes works again after I simply restart the computer but at times, it will happen consecutively after restarting the computer numerous times. Is this my monitor's problem or is it the computer's? I don't think it's caused by a virus as I have done a scan with Norton with no results. Please help.
A: if this is the end of your monitor's life, i've heard that throwing a brick at it is very amusing as the screen implodes. this has no relivance to the question sorry.
