Q: i restarted my computer and it still comes up. I know that it is called the blue screen of death but how do i fix it? the technical information at the bottom says: STOP: 0x000000ED (ox84B62E30, 0xC0000006, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
A: try the system safety mode: as soon as you start up the pc, start pushing either F10 or F12. A screen will appear that is just basic programs for you to use and try and fix the pc. From there, try to access the internet for support with this. You can also try to restore the pc to an earlier date using the restore program Good luck
