Q: I have a pavillion Hp lap top Windows Vista and i droped it on the floor and it still turns on but i can't see a thing. I need someone to repair the screen for cheap or tell me what i can do with my files? I can't put a display monitor cause it won't display i tried already any suggestions?
A: I've done this .. managed to put my knee through the screen of my pavilion. Attach the extra screen, and then Ctrl + f4 i think... the screen should then transfer. Then you can burn CD's or use a USB pen and copy and paste the files onto that. It takes time but at least you have a hard copy! laptops are pretty expensive to fix, in fact, I just bought another one.
