Q: Hi when I start my computer up the moniter comes on about 2 mins later is there anything wrong with that or is it nomal its been doing this for about 1 week. I am using a CRT
A: It sounds like you probably have a CRT monitor. That's the big old boxy type (i.e. NOT a flatscreen). If so, then this is a sign that the end is nigh. You can keep using it for now with no problems, but it is probably on its way out and there' nothing you can really do to stop it. If however, you are using an LCD (flat screen), then this behaviour is very odd. Whilst any number of things could cause this though, it is very unlikely that there is actually anything wrong with the screen itself.
