Q: okk soo my pc turns off then when i turn it off and turn it back on windows wont load at all than i have to turn the pc off 10times just to get windows to load and its not a virus and my screen turned off and went blue with writeing it said this techincal error it sais if you have had this blue screen before do this and that and it said something about bios i told my dad he said we will take it back to them but i dont they think would believe me
A: Okay the best thing to fix the Blue Screen of Death is to do a "low level format" this takes about 5 hours & will wipe out everything from the hard drive as though it was new from the store. You will need copies of all your software & operating system. This is not real hard to do, but needs to be done by someone who knows how. hope this helps.
