Q: Sorry, I know it's kind of a useless question. My cursor works fine and everything. But it's sort of annoying. How do I turn it off? What causes it?
A: You may have a special mouse cursor scheme selected in windows. Go into your Control Panel and select the Mouse icon to open it's options. Click on the Pointers tab and select the mouse scheme you'd like to use. You could also have some program loaded that created that cursor for you. You'd have to find it to change it or turn it off.
