Q: I know how to get to the properties dialog box, but when I try to make the resolution smaller, I get a message that says "Out of Frequency Range." It was smaller before, but for some reason, after restarting my computer, it can't get that high again. My video driver is installed and working. What can I do?
A: If you have an LCD monitor, make sure the Mhz is set to 60. Even with a CRT,set it to this first to make sure it is not too high.
