Q: My mom's computer is ancient (Compaq Pres. 7360) It's caused problems for years. There was a whole bunch of garbage going on, but all she wants is to play her inet games. I finnaly got things back after some crazy fatal errors but no matter how many times I go from 16 colors to anything else (so it doesn't look so wonky) and then restart as it says to, it always comes back as 16 colors... PLEASE HELP!
A: right click the dekstop and go propeties then go setting and change the color and make sure u press APPLY then go advanced and try changing round the refresh rate, then go OK and click APPLY again and restart it
