Q: the screen just loks so dark and its very annoying without the colour red being shown. sometimes if you move the monitor the colour comes back again but disappears soon after. it seems to me as if a cable isnt plugged in properlly but ive already tried putting them all in properly. anythign else i can do??
A: see this is the picture tube problem what you must do is contact your manufacturer and have the picture tube replaced
