Q: when i click the on button, nothing happens, and the screen wont work either, i think i have a virus, what do i do?
A: If you press the power button and it does not turn on I would check to make sure the power cable has not come loose. If it is in correctly then most likely if you are getting nothing from it you have a dead power supply.
