Q: I am buying a crt sony monitor off of craigslist for 17 dollars. Is this good? LCD's are too much for me. The guy gave me a phone number, should I call? I am only 15 though, should I be scared or what? it is 1600 x 1200 and mine is 1024 x 168
A: Even for a CRT that is pretty cheap, but it is craigslist... So it may not even be fully functional. I would consult your parents especially if you are going to meet this person, craigslist is full of crazies. You may think that I am being prude and am just some random adult saying that you should listen to your parents, but im not, im only 20 and I seriously think you should talk to your parents and see that they think for your own safety. CRT's however are only so so, what are the specs versus the one you are using now?
