A: take it to a computer speciallist...if they cant fix it you must buy another monitor; since it's the actual graphics, im not sure they can take the border off youre monitor and edit the graphics....i very much doubt it So just take it to a computer speciallist and if they can do anything buy a new monitor 10 pts pls?
