Q: recovery on it and after i got all the programs back on it this happend. iv been through al lteh setting but i cant figure out how to put it back to normal. what may be he problem. and im useing windows xp
A: hi tim, if you have an apple computer then your system just returned back to mac so check your time and date and that will tell. but if you don't then i would hit start>settings>control panel and hit the display icon and go to the last tab and i would set my moniter on 1280x1024 then your pc will ask do you want to save these setting hit yes. then go to your homepage, wow look how small everything is then hit tools scrol down to zoom or page settings set your homepage to fit the screen and you will see save. then go back to display and set your icons the size you want them then go to system and on the advanced tab adjust your dep to large. now you have set your pc to maximum power to 5.0 this is good. but while your in display by the resolutions size did you see 256 colors. and while you are in system update your display adaptor drivers this should be there now good luck hope i was helpful.
