My monitor is not getting any signal from the pc. the light on the monitor is on n keeps on flashing.?

Q: anything will b helpfull thanks alot i took the ram out fromt he slots and i did hear the beep... what else should i do?? the monitors is getting power n it does work on my other computer. =(

A: one thing is clear that,monitor is getting power,do one thing,remove the case of cpu,remove the ram from the slot,now on the pc,u should hear beep sound from ur bios,if the sound doesn't come,then change bios battery,rub the ram with eraser,insert the ram in another slot,now on the pc,this may solve ur prob
