Q: I can't access nor see my my start menu/taskbar for some reason, not even if I press the Window key. Also, adjusting the monitor settings don't work either. Could it be the resolution settings? Thanks.
A: It can be the resolution setting or a virus. Try scanning and changing the resolution. Also check your monitor and display adapter drivers are they installed right.
