Q: when i try to start up my game, the screen appears black, then a pop-up saying "not optimum mode, recondmended mode 1440x900. then i cant exit out soo i just restart my comp. i have no clue on how to get my computer screen to the screen resulution of 1440x900. i can get a refresh rate up to 75. i also have 60, 70 and some others. plz someone help me. my screen is a 19' samsung thanks but thats not my problem, my problem is my comp cant get 1440x900 it goes from 1280 to 1600 there is no option for 1440, what do i do? try a new screen?
A: Okay, go to anywhere unoccupied on your desktop, right click, click Properties, then click the Settings tab, then, move the slider to the setting above, and click Apply, then click Okay, when it checks to make sure you want to save that setting.
