Q: Our computer monitor color is weird. A little darker than normal and the color is off, mainly looks like a bluish grey color, no reds or greens show up. Tried all of the trouble shooting things in the book and restarting the computer helped yesterday but not today.
A: If it's a CRT monitor than yes, if it's an LCD monitor it could be a loose wire in the VGA cable, bend it at different points and see if the color changes, if it does get the cable replaced. Or maybe it could be the back lights, but if it's all still lit up that's not likely. If it's neither than buy a new monitor.
