Q: it isnt too obvious but is the kind of definition loss that gives you a head ache from your eye thinking they are slightly out of focus. any way, how do i fix it, if it is even fixable
A: if it is an old CRT monitor, and is becoming blurry, there is nothing you can do...either the phosphor coating on the glass is worn off, or the ray gun is getting weak enough not to be accurate. actually a technician could (maybe) tune this for you but the price would be a lot more than buying a new monitor. You're likely to get a better condition old one around $50 in any small computer shop that does trade-ins. if it's a flat screen, that's beyond my experience, sorry
