Q: I was typing and hit something and now my start menu on the bottom and my address bar keeps disappearing...what do I do?? Windows XP.
A: If you go to the bottom of the page where your task bar usually is if it pops up then you need to do the following to get it to stay showing: 1. Right Click the Task bar when it comes up 2. Click Properties 3. Tick the "Lock Task bar" box 4. Un tick the "Auto Hide" box 5. Tick the "Keep the Taskbar on top of other windows box" That should solve the problem Hope it helps Good luck Bill
