Q: like 2 days ago, i tried to turn on my laptop and it started like normal up to a point. I see the windows vista logo nice and clear, then it said welcome while loading, then it just goes black. all i can see is the mouse pointer which i can move around just fine, but i can't see anything on my desktop. can anyone help??
A: I would suggest you contact hp chat technical support here is the link: http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/contact/chat_1.html This service is usually free of charge and they should be able to help you out.I don't feel it is the screen that needs to be replaced it might be something else like spyware or a virus.
