Q: My laptop hasn't been working for 2 months, I ordered a battery and it finally came today (I've thought all along that it was the battery). However, it still won't charge, even with the new battery. What else could be wrong with it? Also, my computer is completely dead, so I can't turn it on or anything :/
A: if it's not the battery then it can only be the plug ( charger ) or poor contacts at the battery terminal. if all are working then try updating the BIOS ( it is the program that controls things like the charging system, fans, etc. )
