Q: Computer won't let me logon to my profile,please help?!? When I try to logon on to my profile account a message comes up in a user environment box that says "the system has attempted to load or restore a file into the registry, but the specified file is not in a registry file format". Then it counts down and procedes to log me on to a temp profile. Please help, I can't get to any of my files, music, or pictures. How can I fix this? like I said, computer logs me onto a temp profile, not mine tried to restore but computer still comes up with the same message. but if i delete the account won't i lose everything?
A: This kid i knopw omade a virus that stmops you fromlogging into your cmputer and there is nothign yo ucan do abotu it vbecause it qaautomaticly shuts the ocmputer down.. but you have a different case.. i dont know what to do because you can sill use the computer ... i recomend going to you rcontrol panel on your compuuter (in the temp. folder) and go to control panel and then click on user accounts and then edit/chnage accounts... click that then go and choose your specific account .. then click change password and you wil change it and that mmay work.. btu i dont know.. good luck.. maybe eventually take it into a shop... they dont always help but they can help 50 % of the time.. thanks and best of luck...
