A: Honestly, those specs are dated, seriously dated. A 10GB HDD will fill up in no time, 192MB of RAM won't let you do much multitasking at all, and a pretty weak CPU to boot. By todays standards, it's horrible honestly. Unless it's free, but I wouldn't pay much for it. How much is it? Wait, I thought it said $23. If somebody is trying to sell you that for $230 they're seriously trying to rip you off.
