Q: when ever i am doing somthing (opening a window,waching video.etc) my screen freezes on wat ever i was doin and the it turns black then it goes back to normal and its fine..but then after awile it repets and does it alot... and my pc gotten alot slowwwwer and i didnt download anything my laptop: dell inspiron 2650 info: window xp home edition version 2002 service pack 2 mobile intel (R) pentium (R) 4-m cpu 1.80 ghz 1.18ghz, 256 mb of ram no it hasent been like this.. also mouse goes in visable
A: has it always did this? if it has id goto dell .com and download the new video drivers and the bios update. you need to keep your drivers updated:) and i would download avast antivirus and do a scan its free and better than avg. maybe a ram upgrade too
