Q: sistem, but then I press the F10 key at start up to check if is working but nothing happen, until I go through the start menu & select HP pc help & tools then I know is working, but my question is, how can I make it work againg using the F10 key at start up? Thanks, & God bless us
A: Check system restore. Try making some restore point or delete some system file and then check if it does. Else reinstall it.
