Q: My laptop for some reason charges then stops and then charges again. Moving it around has no effect. It doesn't seem to be burning or anything. I can't tell if it's the charger on because if there's a little crack (Wires visible) on the end of the cord that plugs into the laptop. Gateway MT6840
A: That happened to my gateway, turned out the battery was broken. In the end it ended up not charging at all :( It's been 2 months and it still hasn't gotten fixed, but you may want to check the electrical current in your battery, if someone you know or you knows how to do that.
