Q: When I try to import pictures from my mobile to my laptop. It says that there is no new pictures found so I can't import anything. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Can't send pictures to my e-mail either. It costs money and I don't have any credit on my phone.
A: Have you been able to copy files before? Which software are you using? Which model is the mobile? I assume you connect your mobile through an USB cable to your laptop. 1st alternative: use a card reader and read the miniSD card (or whichever media the pictures are saved on) and copy them to your laptop. 2nd alternative: In my cell, I have the option of "data mode" or "drive mode" connection. In drive mode it's just another drive letter so I can access files directly. 3rd alternative: If you have bluetooth in your laptop, connect your cell through bluetooth ftp and "download" the pictures from your mobile. (or upload from your mobile to your laptop)
