Q: I am moving to new zealand i bought an apple computer. All im going to be using it for is email and the enternet. My question is if i really need to spend all that money on an apple or if i should just get a cheaper computer like an acer?
A: ive found that contrary to common belief, apple products are very good value for money, a macbook is also cheaper than similar performing products from other brands (sony, toshiba), the same can be said for the imac and macbook pro, i switched to apple (macbook and imac) earlier this year and i have never looked back, never had a problem at all. in my opinion you would be better off with an apple computer just because you will have alot more hassle free internet use and emailing, also the pre-installed software makes these tasks alot easier
