A: MAKE SURE it has no viurse or spyware, Make sure there is no CD in your cd/dvd drive Make sure there are not too many programms running at the same time specially your start up,to clean your start up >>Start>>Run>>type msconfgi then click on Startup Tab >>disable all programs (uncheck), if possible seperate your internet ,means disconnect your internet and start see if problem is not with your internet, download spybot and let it look for spyware and clean it ,spybot SD(SEARCH AND DESTROY) http://www.safer-networking.org/en/downl... IF none of those works make sure your cpu fan works and your pc does not work hot...
