Q: so its a 'hp pavilion entertainment pc'. the display lights work ok but the screen stays blank. i got really impatient,so i took out the battery n put it on ac power n tried switching it on again. it worked then n i put the battery back in again. its been like this since a week.what do i do?? i hope my english isnt too bad..u might have trouble understanding what im trying 2 say this happens even when the battery is full. the battery works fine later when the screen is not blank
A: To me it sounds like a build up of static charge......Disconnect everything from the laptop including the battery...Then Press ad hold down the power button for at least 30seconds..Re-connect the a/c and test...if it works then test with battery only....see what happens Hope it helps0
