Q: I used the charger that isn't for my computer but it worked, and then i started having to tilt the charger at a certain angle for it to work, and then my comp. suddenly died. im pretty sure the charger still works because it lights up when i plug it in the wall. My comp. probably just needs a new battery, right? it doesnt work when plugged, its dead
A: If you have to tilt your charger a certain way to get it to work chances are it has a short in it and is not charging the battery. I'll bet the battery is OK but the charger is not.
