What is the name of my vicdeo/graphics card and what video card does my notebook support?

A: download gpu-z , it will tell you what kind of video card you have. you can't install new video cards into notebooks. on desktop pc's. http://support.thetechguys.com/layout.aspx?ID={de2e48a9-11b2-42ad-afab-6c29d9739bf6}&CatID={cfc2f3a0-85cf-4163-8781-6996aa7d9ff7} thats your video card. it's an integrated video card and shares ram. it's an extremely bad video card. you must have bought less expensive model. i'd be suprised if you could play counterstrike source. you need video cards like the 8600m gt 9500m gs 8700m gt in order to play games. and those go for around $1500 for the laptops. and even than you won't be maxxing the graphics out on the game. your only choice is to live with it, or return it, and buy a laptop with a great video card.
