A: You will need to buy it as it's commercial software. Be wary of any "cracking" programs you may find or that are posted here. These are prime distribution points for viruses - people find a bit of software that is in demand (photoshop, powerdvd, etc) and then write a program that "cracks" it and then put a virus inside to trap the folks who don't want to pay for it. Have you looked for an open-source equivalent - these are free and legal http://www.osalt.com/powerdvd I've used VLC and it seems good to me.
