Q: I have a Dell Insprion that i got a year ago in May. When i first got it i think they said i have one, but i dont see it, or know how to use it! I will give out the 10 best answer points to anyone who can tell me if i have it, and how to use it....if you need additional info on the computer please ask! thanks in advance
A: Open Control Panel and go to Sounds Look for a tab called Recording or Microphone. If there is a Microphne connected, it will show there. To see if it works, you can go to Programs > Accessories > Sound Recorder. Start a new recording and talk to your computer. If the levels indicator bounces around while you are talking, you are recording.
