Q: Which OS will run faster and more stable- Windows XP SP3? or Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 x64? My PC's specs- Intel Core 2 Duo 1.5Ghz T5250 2GB of Ram 250GB HDD 5,400 I need to know whether one or the other would use my CPU to its full advantage with applications and video/music etc. Thank you.
