Q: Last night my brother installed "Marine Sharpshooter Trilogy" on my laptop (a Toshiba Satellite) and this afternoon it crashed. It displayed an error message saying that a "software add-on" had caused some sort of problem and Windows was not able to start. What steps should I take to obtain my information? Would it be cheaper to just buy a new computer and transfer the information there instead of repairing my old one? Does anyone know any low-budget computer shops, websites, or toll-free phone numbers I can call?
