Q: Hello, Ive been having a problem with my computer. I have a laptop (COMPAQ) The other day I had a lot of programs running and I had to go so I shut my computer off my just pressing the Power button on my laptop, which I know is a bad way to turn off my computer. Then the next day I turned on my computer everything was blue (blue is my default color of my wallpaper.) The only thing that popped up was the documents folder. no toolbar, no icons I couldn't even see my battery power. Its blank blue and one program runs which is the Documents folder when I turn on my computer after the bad way of turning off my computer the bad way the other day. The way I can access the internet is by using Documents folder and changing the address bar to Desktop and then clicking on my Internet Browser. Please Reply ASAP I really need help. For now on the only way I can turn off my computer is the power button on my computer. I also tried using the Documents Folder address bar by typing control panel, and trying to change and the toolbar and icons but that didnt work either. PLEASE HELP!
A: Press CTRL+ALT+DEL on your laptop. Then click on the Applications tab, and select New Task and type in explorer.exe
