Q: When I open "My Computer" there is no CD drive shown. The Device manager shows the Drive but with a warning sign and on opening the properties I see the following message: "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device." I have one Pcific Digital CD drive and one Sony Double Layer DVD drive. I face the same problem with both the devices. Can anyone help ?
A: there may b two resons 1.your cd driver data cable is unplugged or not working 2.may be your lens
